Python and PowerShell automation migrating 300+ client organizations and tens of thousands of assets between documentation platforms, at 95% first-pass success.
The remaining 5% is the interesting part. Rather than hand-fixing records, a reconciliation script compared source and destination and recovered the gap — which also produced the evidence that the migration was actually complete, instead of a claim that it probably was.
