Shooting is the easy part. The bottleneck lives between an SD card and a posted reel, and this is the system that closes it: a footage inventory, logged review sessions, a highlight shortlist, carousel and highlight templates, and a calendar that says what posts when.
It runs on plain text and spreadsheets on purpose. A TSV inventory and a markdown playbook survive new machines, new editing tools, and a year of neglect in a way a project file inside one app does not.
Footage is shot on a Minolta MNX5K1, cut in CapCut, and published to Instagram and TikTok as @saafirhale.
